By browsing this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live in order to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity that happens under your account.
Our bracelets are made with natural gemstones. Natural stones vary in colour, pattern, transparency and inclusions, so the piece you receive may differ slightly from the photographs. This variation is a property of the material, not a defect.
Bracelet sizes are given as the bracelet's own circumference in inches. Please use our size chart to choose, and contact us if you are between sizes.
Prices are set in Indian Rupees. Prices shown in another currency are an approximate conversion for convenience; your payment is taken in Indian Rupees and your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees.
We try to keep product information and stock accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you and may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept it and confirm dispatch. We may decline an order — for example where an item is out of stock, the delivery address cannot be served, or payment cannot be verified.
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any discount code is subject to its own conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.
Payment is handled by our payment provider. We never receive or store your full card details.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us at support@gemaurajewelry.com or through our contact page with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
If you submit a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and that it is yours to post. Please do not post anything unlawful, misleading, offensive, or containing someone else's personal information.
We may remove content that breaks these rules. By posting, you allow us to display your review on the site.
The GemAura name, our product photography and the text on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Any spiritual, astrological or metaphysical properties described for a gemstone come from traditional belief. They are not scientifically established and are not medical advice. Nothing on this site should be relied on in place of professional advice.
We aim to keep the store available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be free of errors.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
