If you have any question about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights described below, email support@gemaurajewelry.com.
Account details. Your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider; we never see them.
Order details. Your delivery address, phone number, the items you bought and your order history, so we can fulfil and support your order.
Payment details. Card and payment information is entered directly with our payment provider. It does not pass through our servers and we never store card numbers.
Messages you send us. Anything you include in the contact form or in a support email, including attachments.
Usage information. Pages viewed and searches made on the site, used to fix problems and improve what we show you.
To take payment for an order, dispatch it, and keep you updated on it.
To answer your questions and resolve problems with an order.
To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.
To send you marketing email only where you have asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time, and that will never affect an order you have already placed.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to run the store:
Our payment provider, to take and verify payment. Our delivery partners, to get your order to you. Our hosting and database provider, which stores the site's data. Our email provider, to send order and support email.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of our customers.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Support messages are kept while they are needed to resolve your issue and for a reasonable period afterwards.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete your account and personal data, or object to us using it for marketing.
You can update your name, address and contact details yourself from your account. For anything else, email support@gemaurajewelry.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Note that we may need to keep certain order records even after an account is deleted, where the law requires it.
The site is served over HTTPS and access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff accounts. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Please check back from time to time.
